2. The problem in cleaning
- Crews skip the chemical-handling and PPE check when the schedule runs tight, and nobody notices until something goes wrong.
- Paper checklists left in vans get lost, so owners can't show what was checked on a given day.
- Wet-floor signage, ladder use and mixing bleach with ammonia products are recurring risks at every client site.
3. What it does
- Sends each crew lead a short start-of-shift checklist (PPE, labeled spray bottles, wet-floor signs, cords and ladders).
- Logs each answer with the crew, site and time.
- Flags any 'no' answer to the owner for follow-up.
- Keeps the checklist editable so you can add site-specific items.
- Builds a dated history you can review.
3a. Who it's for
Owners and operations managers of residential and commercial cleaning companies who send crews to client homes, offices, schools, medical suites or retail floors and want a consistent start-of-shift safety routine without paper sheets left in vans.
3b. What you provide
- Your list of safety checks, or approval of the starter list we draft with you
- Crew names, crew leads and the sites or routes they cover
- Who should receive flagged issues and how quickly
- Any site-specific rules a client has given you, such as restricted rooms or alarm procedures
3c. Workflow, step by step
- Before the shift, each crew lead receives the checklist for that day's sites.
- The lead answers each item: protective gloves and eyewear packed, spray bottles labeled, wet-floor signs in the van, cords and plugs undamaged, ladders inspected.
- Any 'no' or 'not sure' answer is logged with the crew, site and time and sent to the owner as an issue.
- The owner decides the fix, such as replacing a bottle or swapping a damaged cord, and marks it resolved.
- Unanswered checklists are shown to the owner so missed checks are visible.
- The history stays searchable by date, crew and site.
4. Example
Example (fictional): Crew lead, 7:10am, 'Bottles labeled? No, one unlabeled spray at Site 4.' Agent: 'Logged. Owner notified to replace the bottle before work starts.'

9. FAQ
What goes on the checklist? You decide. We start from a common cleaning-safety list you edit to match your procedures.
Can I pause it? Yes, anytime.
Does it act without my approval? No. You approve what it does.
Can different sites have different checklists? Yes. A hospital office suite and a residential move-out clean can each have their own items, and the crew lead sees only the checklist for the job in front of them.
What happens when a crew lead reports a hazard? The issue is logged and routed to you. The agent does not tell your crew to continue or stop work on its own; you make that call.
